Fear and anger don’t control you. While fear, anger, and indecision are not spirits in the literal sense, they can be conceptualized as spiritual entities or energies in metaphorical and spiritual contexts. This perspective allows people in confronting negative spirits and view them as challenges or influences to be understood, balanced, and transformed.

Let’s consider fear, anger, and indecision as spiritual entities that can enter our bodies at any moment.
