& The Power of Intention

Before beginning any spiritual practice, ritual, prayer, or act of protection, take a moment to establish your intention. Intention is one of the most important elements of spiritual work because it directs your focus, energy, and will toward a specific purpose.

Black salt is not simply sprinkled around without purpose

Most traditions emphasize:

• Focused intention
• Clear spiritual goals
• Consistent practice
• Positive mindset

When used intentionally, black salt becomes a symbolic declaration that negative influences are not welcome within your space.

Your intention is a declaration of what you desire to create, experience, or achieve. It serves as a witness to your heart’s desires and communicates your purpose to both your conscious and subconscious mind.

Take time to become clear about what you truly wish to accomplish. Reflection is an important part of the process.

• Spend a few moments in contemplation.
• Identify your desired outcome as clearly as possible.
• Write your intention down using pen and paper.
• Reflect upon your intention through meditation or quiet thought. 
• Once you have decided upon your purpose, create a symbolic beginning. You may choose to ring a bell, light a candle, say a prayer, or perform another meaningful action. This simple act serves as a personal declaration that you are ready to begin.

Black salt is traditionally used as a tool for protection and spiritual cleansing. Many practitioners believe it can help absorb unwanted energies and support the creation of a more peaceful environment. Whether used in a ritual, placed around the home, or incorporated into a spiritual practice, black salt becomes more meaningful when it is given a clear purpose.

• When working with black salt, speak your intention aloud. Give the salt a specific role and purpose. Tell it what you would like it to represent within your practice. 
• Once your intention has been expressed, give thanks to Universal Energy, the Divine, or whatever higher source you personally recognize.

Everything begins with a choice.

Your thoughts, intentions, and actions work together to shape your experiences. The clearer your intention, the more focused your efforts become.

How to Have Pure Intent

Innocence will not be interrogated. You can train yourself to stop caring about what other people are doing, how they are behaving, or what they are wishing for. In doing so, you will live with pure intent. 

What is pure intent? Realizing that the negativity caused by others is not your problem. That negativity will be dealt with by the spiritual realm. Pure intent is for you to not give a f##@& about the intent of others. Living only for the purity & positivity that life brings to you. May sound selfish, but you are not responsible for the negative pursuits of others.

• Pure intent, is the daily intention that positive energies continuously remain strong in and around your world.
•  Pure intent is not wishing harm for others. But, intending that negativity returns to its sender. 

After all, every energetic thought, and feeling must go somewhere. Why not send all negativity back to its owner? 

Once you become aware of sin you are connected to negative consequences. Have no fear, if you have innocent intent, you can do anything. Innocence allows you to carry on without repercussions. This is why it is said, the soul of a child goes to heaven. Not having a guilty bone in your body, frees you from negativity. 

In living with pure intent you will see that the negative intentions of others towards you, will not survive. The evil eye of others cannot harm you. Negativity will find it very difficult to live in your space. And, this is because you are protected by purity. 

In the words of my spirit guide. 

“If others do you harm it is not your problem, but god’s” – GHJR

Making The Connection

For you to be successful with anything. You must make a spiritual connection to it. And so it is the same with this book.

In the beginning, my spiritual connection to God did not come automatically. I had to learn through steadfastness, and now the connection is made effortlessly, and automatically. This is my process. 

• Be peaceful. Do whatever it takes to get into a peaceful trusting state of mind.
• Relax, and ensure your spiritual guidance knows you want help. 
• Imagine yourself speaking with a friend. 
• Ask, spirit to send you a sign that your message is heard. 
• Be patient, and know that spirit can hear you, and will respond. 
• Listen to your thoughts and pay attention when an answer arrives that feels different from your normal thinking.

For example, you may ask a question and suddenly receive an idea, solution, or perspective that you had not considered before. The answer may arrive calmly and naturally, yet feel complete, as though it came from beyond your current understanding. At times, the guidance may encourage you to take a positive action you were not planning to take, offer wisdom that surprises you, or bring clarity to a problem that previously seemed confusing.

Another example is when you ask for guidance and later encounter the same message repeatedly through conversations, books, videos, songs, or unexpected events. Many people view these meaningful coincidences as signs that they are being guided.

I believe in my spirit guides. They have been with me throughout my entire life. I follow their recommendations, information, and guidance. I share their love. I have made a spiritual connection with the spiritual realms within. Which proves to be a guiding light. 

Look for signs from your spirit that you are receiving help. These signs may come as unexpected insights, recurring messages, intuitive feelings, dreams, opportunities, or a deep inner knowing that gently points you in the right direction.

Be Sincere

The spiritual realm will play with you, if you play with it. Do not play! Be sincere, be authentic, and come from your heart. Mean what you say, and Believe it! You will be respected in the spiritual realms, and will receive the help and guidance you need. If you approach the spiritual realms asking for help without sincerity you will receive the same. 

The spiritual realm responds to the energy and intention you bring to it. If you seek guidance, healing, wisdom, or understanding, approach it with sincerity. Do not treat spiritual practice as a game or a test. Be authentic, be honest, and come from your heart.

Mean what you say, and believe in the words you speak. Your intentions carry energy. When your thoughts, emotions, and actions are aligned, your connection becomes stronger and clearer. Sincerity creates trust within yourself and allows you to recognize guidance when it arrives.

If you ask for help, be willing to receive it. If you seek answers, be prepared to listen. Many people ask for guidance while secretly doubting every response they receive. Others ask for change but resist taking the actions necessary to create it. True sincerity requires openness, faith, and a willingness to participate in your own growth.

Be honest about your desires, your fears, your strengths, and your weaknesses. You do not need to appear perfect. In fact, genuine spiritual growth often begins when you are willing to admit where you need help. Authenticity creates a stronger connection than any ritual, prayer, or ceremony performed without feeling.

When you approach spiritual practice with a sincere heart, you become more aware of the guidance, opportunities, insights, and lessons that appear in your life. The more genuine your intention, the more meaningful your experience becomes.

Speak with purpose. Pray with conviction. Meditate with presence. Ask with faith. Then remain open to receiving wisdom in whatever form it arrives.

The spiritual journey is not about pretending to be enlightened. It is about being honest enough to grow, humble enough to learn, and sincere enough to trust the process.
