 With a Free Water Regimen

Water listens and is trying to tell you something, and has been proven to be a liquid computer. Most importantly you probably didn’t know water is listening. The water inside your body is listening to your thoughts, and waiting for your command. Tell water what you desire for your body and it will listen.  When taking a closer look at water we learn that it also teaches us how to think clearly.  Consciousness is all around us.  Water is one more way to unlock the power of super consciousness.

Water Visualization Meditation With a Free Water Regimen

30 Second Visualization

Imagine a pure light blue color flowing through your body. Pouring in from the top of your head like a stream, washing through your body and draining into the ground. Let your voice speak directly to the water, so that the heat of your breath touches the water, and say:

“IAM the energy of this water

As I drink this water the universe is in action in me now

IAM the energy of the universe

IAM unlimited clear purified abundance

This Water is clear purified abundance

I trust universal source energy which is abundant purity

Water is abundant purity activating super cell regeneration within me

I gratefully honor and witness the blessings that emerge from water

With every sip, a new reality unfolds in harmony with my highest good created

Thank you, IAM grateful”

These are words that will bring you happiness over and over.

Free Water Regimen

A Simple Daily Water Practice for Hydration, Awareness, and Intentional Living

This water regimen is designed to help you stay hydrated while creating a daily ritual of mindfulness and positive intention. Adjust amounts based on your individual needs, activity level, climate, and guidance from your healthcare provider.

Morning Activation

Upon Waking

Drink 16–20 oz (500–600 ml) of water.

Before drinking, pause and repeat:

I gratefully honor and witness the blessings that emerge from water.

With every sip, a new reality unfolds in harmony with my highest good.

Take slow, mindful sips and focus on gratitude.

Mid-Morning Hydration

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Drink 12–16 oz (350–500 ml) of water.

Practice one minute of deep breathing while focusing on the sensation of hydration and renewal.

Lunch Support

30 Minutes Before Lunch

Drink 12–16 oz (350–500 ml) of water.

Visualize your body receiving nourishment, energy, and balance.

Afternoon Energy Reset

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Drink 12–20 oz (350–600 ml) of water.

Take a short walk or stretch break while repeating:

I am refreshed, energized, and aligned.

Evening Balance

Before Dinner

Drink 12–16 oz (350–500 ml) of water.

Use this moment to release stress from the day and reconnect with the present moment.

Evening Reflection

1–2 Hours Before Bed

Drink 8–12 oz (250–350 ml) of water.

Reflect on three positive experiences from your day.

Repeat:

Most adults benefit from approximately

• Women: 2.2–3.0 liters (75–100 oz)

• Men: 3.0–3.7 liters (100–125 oz)

Individual needs vary based on health, activity level, temperature, and diet.

Before each glass:

  1. Hold the glass with both hands.
  2. Take one slow breath.
  3. Visualize clear, vibrant energy filling the water.
  4. Focus on a positive intention.
  5. Drink slowly and mindfully.
